What We Do

Designed Different creates adaptive learning systems that help people understand themselves, relationships and the world more safely.  


We specialise in capacity building and prevention-focused education in personal, relational and social safety for people with cognitive disability, including those who have used or are at risk of using harmful sexual behaviours.


Our work combines education, consultancy and resource design to create practical, accessible and emotionally safe learning experiences across homes, services, schools and communities.

ACCESSIBILITY AND SYSTEMS

Designed Different uses a stepped fee model to make specialist support more accessible across different financial circumstances, including standard funded support, reduced-fee options and reserved Community Contribution places each intake.

WHERE WE WORK

Designed Different provides in-person support across the Illawarra, with telehealth available Australia-wide.


Focused work has gone into making telehealth sessions accessible, interactive and effective for people with different communication styles, processing needs and ways of participating.


Nationwide speaking and training available, with travel included in the quoted fee.


Court, tribunal and stakeholder attendance outside the usual service area can also be arranged where required.

Our opening hours reflect availability for enquiries, onboarding and administration. By Appointment days are reserved for direct client work, with priority given to scheduled court and tribunal attendance. Response times may therefore vary from week to week.
